Guarantees

Two guarantees. The risk is on us.

Five business days — or it’s free.

Your start email states your delivery date: five business days after it. Miss it and you keep everything, and we refund every dollar, add-ons included.

Not the right look? Swap it free.

Within 5 days of your preview, switch to any of the six looks. We rebuild your brand and site in it within 2 business days.

How the clock works

Clock starts
With your start email, sent within one business day of a complete order.
Complete order
Every required answer in the order form. A portrait is optional; without one, your page uses a monogram. There’s no hosting to set up, and a domain you already own is connected when you publish, so neither can hold up your date.
Business days
Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.
Delivery date
Your start date plus five business days, stated in your start email. Delivery is your preview: your brand kit, bonuses and website on a private preview address. For DIY orders, it’s your download.
Pauses
If something we need is missing or unclear, the clock pauses. We email you the reason, then the new date once it’s resolved.
Not covered
The revision round, a look swap, publishing on your domain, and time spent waiting on you.

Terms

Plain-language terms for The 5-Day Practice Launch and its DIY version, sold by Intelligent Designz, Sacramento, CA. Last updated .

What you get

Both versions include a brand kit and a one-page WordPress website built on our theme. The brand kit is a typographic wordmark of your name and an initials monogram in SVG and PNG (not a custom-designed logo), a colour palette, a type pairing and a one-page brand guide. The website’s copy is written from your order form and includes your booking button, a fees section, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the footer and, if you see self-pay clients, the CMS standard Good Faith Estimate notice.

The 5-Day Practice Launch is hosted by us, with year one of hosting included. It also includes one revision round, a free look swap and four bonuses: a Psychology Today profile rewrite, launch announcements, a personalized editing guide and, for practices with an in-person office, a Google Business Profile kit. Google doesn’t offer Business Profiles to telehealth-only practices.

The DIY version is delivered as a download with an install guide, for you to put on your own hosting. It doesn’t include hosting, installation, a revision round, a look swap or the bonuses.

Prices and the founding price

You pay the price shown at checkout, and it’s locked once you’ve paid. Our first 10 launches are $397. Launches 11 to 30 are $597, and from launch 31 the price is $797. The DIY version moves with them: $297, $397, then $497. The counter on our page is a real count of paid launches. If a postcard or letter from us shows a price, we honour it until the date printed on it.

Founding orders come with one request: a short written testimonial when your site is handed over, and permission to show your finished site. We send three questions, and nothing is published until you approve the wording.

Revisions

The 5-Day Practice Launch includes one revision round: one consolidated list of text and image changes, sent through the revision form within 5 days of your preview. We complete those changes within 2 business days.

A revision round doesn’t include a different design direction (that’s the look swap), a new logo concept, layout changes, an extra page or a new feature. If no list arrives within the 5 days, your preview is final and ready to publish.

Look swap

Launch orders include one free look swap. Within 5 days of your preview, choose any of the six looks through the revision form and we rebuild your brand kit and site in it within 2 business days. Your words and photos carry over, and you still get your round of text and image edits afterwards. DIY orders don’t include a swap.

Publishing and your domain

Your site stays on a private preview address until you’re happy with it. Then we publish it on your domain with you. Publishing isn’t part of the five-business-day clock.

A new domain: we register the first available of your three domain ideas, in your name, and year one is included. While Practice Hosting is active, we renew it for you after each hosting payment.

A domain you already own: it stays where it is, in your name, at your cost. When you publish, two records at your domain company point your website to your new site. You add them with our step-by-step guide, or give us temporary access and we add them. We never transfer your domain or change its nameservers, and we don’t touch your email records. If you can’t get into your domain account, publishing waits until you can; that doesn’t affect the guarantee.

Publishing on a domain that already has a website replaces that website. Save anything you want to keep before you publish, and cancel your old website plan once the new site is live.

Practice Hosting

Year one of hosting is included in your launch. After that, Practice Hosting renews automatically at $190 a year, charged once a year to the card you used at checkout, until you cancel. Your hosting renews at the price you signed up at.

30 days before every renewal, we email you the amount, the date and a link to cancel. You can cancel online at any time before a renewal, and update your card or download invoices, on your billing page (sign in with the email you used at checkout). Your site stays live until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and we send you a full copy of it.

Practice Hosting includes hosting, SSL, daily backups, renewal of a domain we registered for you, WordPress, theme and plugin updates, uptime monitoring and two small text edits a year. New pages, redesigns and extra edits ($49 each) aren’t included.

If a renewal payment fails

Stripe retries the payment for up to two weeks, and we email you to update your card. If it’s still unpaid after that, your site shows a “temporarily paused” page, and it comes back as soon as the payment goes through. At 30 days we send you a full export of your site and your brand files, and help you move your domain. At 45 days the site comes off our server, and we stop renewing a domain we registered for you; it stays in your name, for you to renew with the domain company.

Refunds

You can have a full refund of your launch payment any time before production starts, which is when we send your start email. To ask for one, email hello@intelligentdesignz.com from the address you ordered with; refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once your preview is delivered, the order is final; DIY orders are final once the download is sent. If we miss your delivery date, the guarantee above applies.

We build brand-new sites only. If you ordered a redesign or a move of an existing website, we refund you in full within two business days; that isn’t work we take on.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every piece of text, photo and logo you send, and that your licenses, credentials and other claims are true. You decide what your licensing board asks for in advertising, such as a license number, and you confirm that the Good Faith Estimate notice applies to your practice. We don’t give legal advice. Stock photos we supply are licensed for your site, and the license record is included in your package.

Client privacy

Your booking button opens your SimplePractice, Jane or Headway link (or the booking tool you use), so client scheduling and intake happen there, not on your website. We don’t add forms that ask for clinical details, and we don’t make HIPAA claims about websites.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the site, the theme, the wordmark files and the brand guide are yours. The theme is licensed under the GPL, like WordPress itself, so you can keep it, change it, or hire anyone to. You can ask for a full export of your site at any time.

We don’t search or clear trademarks for your name or logo; whether a name or mark is available for you to use is your responsibility.

Portfolio

We may show your finished brand and site in our examples unless you tell us not to, in the order form or by email. Founding orders include permission to show your site.

Limits

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not responsible for your domain company, email provider or booking platform, for outages outside our control, or for changes you or others make to the site after launch.

How it’s made

Everything happens through the order form and email; there are no calls or meetings. Production follows a fixed design system, and we review every brand and every page before it reaches you. We don’t promise clients, rankings, traffic or revenue.
