How do you write my copy without talking to me?
The form asks for what a referral needs to know: who you help, your specialties and approach, your fees and credentials, and how to book. We turn your answers into the page, and you review every word before it’s published.
What about HIPAA and client privacy?
Client information goes through your booking platform, not your website. Your booking button opens your SimplePractice, Jane or Headway link, so intake and scheduling happen there, and we don’t add forms that ask for clinical details. We don’t make HIPAA claims about websites, and this isn’t legal advice.
I’m on Psychology Today. Do I still need a website?
Your profile is where many clients find you. Your website is where they check you’re established and book. As a bonus, we rewrite your profile’s opening to match your site.
What is the Good Faith Estimate notice?
It’s a short notice telling uninsured and self-pay clients they can ask for a Good Faith Estimate of what care will cost. We include the CMS standard notice; you confirm it applies to your practice. This isn’t legal advice, so check with your board or attorney if you’re unsure.
What if I don’t like the look?
Swap it free. Within 5 days of your preview, pick any of the six looks and we rebuild your brand and site in it within 2 business days.
Will my site look like other therapists’ sites?
Your name is set as your own wordmark and monogram, the words come from your form answers, and you choose from six designer-built looks. See your practice name in all six before you buy, and if the look isn’t right, swap it free within 5 days of your preview.
Do I need a logo, photos or finished copy?
No. Your name becomes a typographic wordmark, and we write the copy. A well-lit phone photo is enough; if an upload won’t work on the page, we email you before anything starts.
How does hosting work?
We host your site for you, and year one is included. After that it’s $190 a year, billed annually, with a reminder email 30 days before. Cancel any time and we send you a full copy of your site.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Your domain stays where it is, in your name. We build your site on a private preview address first, so the domain never delays your delivery date. When you publish, two records at your domain company point your website to the new site; you add them with our step-by-step guide, or give us temporary access and we do it. Your email records aren’t touched, so email on your domain keeps working.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. The site, wordmark files and brand guide are yours, the theme is GPL-licensed, and your domain is registered in your name. You can ask for a full export at any time, or choose the DIY version and host it yourself.
What happens if a hosting renewal doesn’t go through?
We retry for two weeks and email you. If it’s still unpaid, your site pauses and comes back the moment payment goes through. At 30 days we send you a full export and help you move your domain; at 45 days the site comes off our server.
What if I need to change something after launch?
Your editing guide shows your own WordPress admin, so small text changes take minutes. Hosting includes 2 small text edits a year. Extra edits are $49 each; new pages and redesigns are paid add-ons.
What happens after I pay?
The form opens right away. Within one business day of a complete form you get your start email with your delivery date, five business days later. Your brand kit, bonuses and site all arrive by that date.
How do revisions work?
Send one consolidated list of text and image changes through the revision form within 5 days of your preview. We complete them within 2 business days.

Will my site bring in clients?
