What you get

Both tiers deliver a brand kit (a typographic wordmark of your name and an initials monogram in SVG and PNG — not a custom-designed logo — color palette, type pairing, one-page brand guide), a one-page WordPress website built on our theme with copy written from your questionnaire, and a basic editing guide.

The 5-Day Launch ($397) is installed on your hosting, includes one revision round, and ends with a handoff: your brand files, WordPress administrator access, and instructions for publishing the site and revoking our access. The DIY tier ($297) is delivered as a download with an install guide and has no revision round. Launch orders also include three bonuses: a Google Business Profile kit, a launch announcement email and post, and a personalized editing guide. Add-ons are listed at checkout with their prices and are delivered with the site, on the same date.

Revisions

The 5-Day Launch includes one revision round: one consolidated list of text and image changes, submitted through the revision form within 5 days of the preview email. We complete those changes within 2 business days of receiving the list.

It does not include a different design direction, a new logo concept, layout or design changes, an extra page or a new feature; each of those is an add-on or a new order. If no list is submitted within the window, the delivered version is final and we complete the handoff with it.

Look swap

Launch orders include one free look swap: within 5 days of the preview email, choose any of the six looks through the revision form and we rebuild the brand kit and site in it within 2 business days. Your copy and content carry over. A swap replaces the revision round’s design; you still get one round of text and image edits afterwards. DIY orders don’t include a swap.

Refunds

Full refund any time before production starts. Once your brand kit is delivered, the order is final. DIY orders are final once the download is sent.

Orders placed for a redesign or migration of an existing site are refunded in full within two business days; that work is not something we offer. If we find an existing site on your hosting and you can’t provide a fresh install or a domain to start fresh on, we refund in full. If we miss your delivery date, the guarantee above applies.

Hosting and access

You provide the domain and hosting and are responsible for them, including their cost and security. For The 5-Day Launch, you grant collaborator or delegate access to your hosting account for hello@intelligentdesignz.com; we revoke it after launch.

We never ask for, accept or use a password of yours. We install WordPress on your hosting, and if your domain is registered elsewhere we point it at your hosting; you may need to approve that change with your domain company.

New sites only

We install WordPress ourselves, fresh and empty. We do not migrate, redesign, modify or take responsibility for any existing site, content, theme or plugins. Starting fresh on a domain that already has a site replaces what is there; anything you want to keep is yours to save before you order.

If the order form or hosting account shows an existing site you want kept, the order is paused until you provide a domain or subdomain to start fresh on, and refunded if you don’t.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every piece of text, photo and logo you submit, and that the claims in your content (credentials, licenses, results) are true. Stock images we supply are licensed for your site; the license record is included in your package.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the site, the theme, the wordmark files and the brand guide are yours. The theme is licensed under the GPL, like WordPress itself, so you can keep it, change it, or hire anyone to.

We don’t search or clear trademarks for your name or logo; whether a name or mark is available to use is your responsibility.

Portfolio

We may show your finished brand and site in our examples unless you tell us not to at order time or by email.

Limits

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not responsible for your hosting, your host’s outages, or changes you or others make to the site after launch.

How it’s made

Everything happens through the order form and email; there are no calls or meetings. Production follows a fixed design system, and we review every brand and every page before delivery. We don’t promise rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

After launch

No ongoing support, maintenance, hosting management or updates are included or implied. The site is standard WordPress, so you or anyone you choose can maintain it.
