What Intelligent Designz collects, why, and what we do with it. Last updated October 28, 2026.

What we collect

When you order: payment is handled by Stripe; we receive your name, email, what you bought and a payment reference, never your card number. When you fill in the order form: Tally collects what you type and upload (business details, contact details, photos, testimonials) and we download it to build your package. For The 5-Day Launch: your host name, your site address, and confirmation that you granted us collaborator access. We never ask for your hosting password in the form.

How we use it

To build and deliver your brand kit and website, to email you about your order, and to keep records we are required to keep. Parts of your content are processed by third-party service providers we use to produce your brand and site; our agreements with them limit them to processing your content on our behalf. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Tally (forms), our production and drafting software providers, Pexels (stock photo licensing when you choose stock), Google (analytics on this website), our email provider, and your hosting company while we install. Each has its own privacy policy and each sees only what it needs.

Your hosting

We access your hosting only to install and set up your site, only through the collaborator access you grant, and we revoke it after launch. Nothing on your site reports back to us.

How long we keep it

Your order form and package files for one year after delivery, so we can answer questions and re-send files; payment records for as long as the law requires. Ask and we delete the rest sooner.

This website

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it’s used; it sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Links to Stripe and Tally take you to their pages.
